11 March 2022

Are you looking for some TikTok inspo? Well, you've come to the right place. Keep reading to find out the top TikTok trends spotted on the feed, what they are, and how you could incorporate them into your business social media marketing strategy.

Head vs. Heart

First up is the ‘Head vs. Heart’ trend. Using this audio, this trend is a juxtaposition of both your head and your heart. Film yourself twice, once for the first part of the sound which would be your head, and again for the second part of the sound which will represent your heart. Add text to the screen, using the brain emoji and the heart emoji. The text should be contrasting with each other, the first will be what your head wants and the second is what your heart wants. Have a look at this example for inspiration.

Isn't this easy (or difficult)

Next, you should try the “Isn't this easy?” trend. Check out this example. Try to think of something that is seemingly easy to do but most people don’t actually do it, add your text to this audio and you have your next TikTok! As easy as that! There is also the opposite trending sound that you could use, for difficult things. The audio is edited to say “Isn’t this difficult?”. Check it out here…

Explaining trend

The next trend has been making its rounds on TikTok and by using this sound, it’s an easy one to create. Pair it with a long paragraph of text, explaining something ironic and funny to your audience. It’s simple yet effective. Check out this example for further explanation.

It’s all in the way she moves

This one is all about the element of surprise! Using the snippet of Will.I.Am’s track, ‘Big and Chunky’, you’ll need to write a statement or question and then pan the camera behind your subject to reveal something unexpected. This trend could be used in so many different ways and your business could definitely get on board. Here is a good example for you to check out.

Suspicious trend

Finally, this trend is great if you’ve got something on your mind! Use this dramatic audio, get in front of the camera and spell out your suspicions with added text. You can also dart your eyes to the beat just like these girls do!
